Quiche Lorraine 

Prep time: 5 minutes cook time: 25 minutes 

In the box: Quiche Lorraine, Frites 

  1. Pre-heat the oven (Fan oven 180°C / electric oven 200°C / gas mark 6). 
  2. Remove sleeve and film. Place quiche on a baking tray.  
  3. Frites follow current instructions on the packaging.  
  4. Place the baking tray(s) in the centre of the oven and cook for 20-25 minutes until the of the quiche is hot and the top slightly browned. 
  5. Remove from the oven. 

To Serve 

Serve with the frites and any accompanying salad, if you have any.
