Festive dishes delivered on 21st December will be perfect to enjoy on 25th December. Please note that we cannot guarantee the shelf life of any dishes delivered before 21st December for eating on 25th December. Final orders must be placed by 6pm on 17th December for delivery by 21st, 22nd and 23rd December.
Due to our couriers, we are not able to offer pre-noon deliveries throughout December.

Cooking time: Between 4 minutes and 1hr 30 minutes (depending on cooking method).
1. Start by removing the silver foil and plastic pot from the pudding.
STEAMING: For best results, remove packaging and steam in the basin for approximately 1 hour 30 minutes. Take care that water does not enter the pudding.
MICROWAVE: Remove outer packaging. Based on an 850W oven, microwave on full power for 3-4 minutes.
2. Once pudding is reheated, place on serving plate and serve alongside of the brandy butter.
Chef Tip – To flame the pudding, warm up 2-3 tbl spoons of strong alcohol (brandy, cognac). Warm up in microwave for 5 seconds and pour over the pudding – gently light up to impress your guests.
