Tartiflette (serves 2)
Cook time: 30 minutes
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Pre-heat your oven to fan oven at 180°C / electric oven at 200°C / gas mark 6.
2. Remove the outer sleeve and film.
3. Place the tartiflette onto a baking tray (or decant into your best serving dish) and put in the centre of the oven for up to 35 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
4. Once the cooking time is up, remove from the oven and allow to stand for 2 minutes before serving.
Chef’s Tip:
Serve alongside a green salad to balance the richness of the tartiflette.
