Cooking instructions: Remove packaging. Bring up to room temperature. Drizzle steak with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Sear in a hot pan or chargrill to desired temperature. Avoid turning too often. Once cooked, remove from pan and rest for 5 minutes before eating.

For best results: 

  1. Remove all packaging from the steak and bring up to room temperature. 
  1. Drizzle steak with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. 
  1. Sear in a hot pan or chargrill to desired temperature (see below).

  • Rare: 4-5 minutes on each side 
  • Medium: 7-8 minutes on each side 
  • Well done: 10-11 minutes on each side
