Butternut Squash Pithivier
Served with creamy mushroom sauce

Total cooking time: 30 minutes

  • 1. Pre-heat the oven to 180°C / electric oven at 200°C / gas mark 6
  • 2. Remove sleeve & film from the pithivier and set the mushroom sauce to one side.
  • 3. Place the Butternut Squash Pithivier in the centre of the oven for 30 minutes (until golden brown)
  • 4. Once cooked, remove from the oven.
  • 5. Decant the mushroom sauce into a microwavable container or jug and heat on full power for 45 seconds (900w), 1 minutes (800w) or 1 minutes 15 seconds (700w). Mix halfway through cooking. Alternatively, decant into a small saucepan and bring to a simmer on a low heat.
  • 6. Serve the Butternut Squash Pithivier with the creamy mushroom sauce alongside.
