Beef Cheek Bourguignon 

Cook time: 25 minutes

 

  1. – Pre-heat the oven (Fan oven 180°C / electric oven 200°C / gas mark 6). 
  2. – Empty the beef and its sauce into the tray it came in, or a baking dish. Stir, then place on a baking tray and into the oven for 20-25 minutes or until heated through. 
  3. – Remove from the oven and divide the Bourguignon between two plates.  
  4. – We recommend serving alongside Gratin Dauphinois Potatoes or New Potatoes.
