Apple Clafoutis (85%) (Apple (52.1%), Puff Pastry (21.7%) (Wheat Flour, Butter (Milk), Whole Milk, Whole Egg, Sugar, Yeast, Salt), Sugar, Milk Cream, Whole EggAlmond Powder (Nuts), Egg Yolk, Semi-Skimmed Milk, potato starch), Salted Caramel Sauce (Golden Caster Sugar (75%), Crème Liquid (Cream (Milk), Stabilizer (Carrageenan’s)), Unsalted Butter (Milk), Water, Maldon Salt).

  1. Pre-heat the oven (Fan oven at 180°C / electric oven at 200°C / gas mark 6).
  2. Remove all the contents from the tray and set the caramel sauce aside.
  3. Prepare a baking tray with baking paper if you have it (if you haven’t you can use tin foil), then remove the apple clafoutis from the packaging and carefully place onto the baking tray.
  4. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes until warmed through and golden brown on top.
  5. Remove from the oven and place onto the centre of two small plates.
  6. Drizzle with the caramel sauce*

*If you want to heat up the caramel sauce, we recommend you microwave for 10 seconds just to warm through.

Chef’s Tip: If you have some vanilla ice cream in the freezer then why not add a ball on the top of the clafoutis to serve.
