1. Preheat the grill to a medium heat. 

1. Remove all packaging from the bacon and place on baking tray. 

1. Once the grill is hot, place the bacon in the oven and grill for 4 minutes. 

1. Alternatively, fry in a pan with a teaspoon of oil, turning halfway through cooking.
