This creamy, nutty Pistou sauce is crying out for an unoaked Chardonnay. Our Macon-Villages brings refreshing citrus notes to balance the creaminess, while the subtle hints of hazelnut on the finish highlight the pine nut flavours.

 

When kept in the fridge all items have a shelf life of a minimum of 3 days, which includes the day of delivery.

Gnocchi- 400kcal per 250g serving
Creamy Pistou Sauce- 448 kcal per 175g serving

Total cooking time: 5 minutes.

1. Bring a pot of water to boil. Season with pinch of salt then add the gnocchi and cook for 3 minutes.

2. In the meantime remove sleeve and film from the basil sauce and set the pine nuts aside.

3. Decant the sauce into a large saucepan and simmer on a low heat.

4. Drain the gnocchi and add it into the sauce and mix well. Continue to cook for 1-2 minutes.

5. Once cooked, divide between two plates, top with the pine nuts and serve.
