Turkey breast, wrapped in streaky bacon, ready to roast. Serves 4-6, average weight 2.5kg.
Cooking instructions: Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Season meat with salt and pepper and place on a roasting tray in the centre of oven. Cook for 1 hour and 45 minutes ensuring turkey is cooked through. Once cooked, cover with foil and rest for 30 minutes before carving.
Suitable for home freezing.
