Toulouse Sausages (500g)

Toulouse Sausages 

On the BBQ: 

1. Remove the sausages from their packaging and slightly score them. 
2. Place on the BBQ and cook on one side until they turn a brown caramelised colour, this should take about 4 minutes. Turn and follow the same steps. Keep an eye on them as they colour very quickly. 
3. Remove from the BBQ and serve. 

In the oven: 

1. Pre-heat your oven to 200°C/180°C Fan/Gas mark 6. 
2. Remove the sausages from their packaging and slightly score them. 
3. Place onto a non-stick baking tray and cook in the oven for 25 minutes. 
4. Remove from the oven and serve.
