Roasted butternut squash & baby carrots with walnuts, spiced with cinnamon, coriander & cumin.

Serves 4/6


Baby Carrots (49%), Butternut Spice (49%)(Butternut Squash (84%), Vegetable Oil, Chestnuts, Walnuts, Garlic, Rosemary, Salt, Cinnamon, Coriander Seeds, Cumin, Black Pepper), Parsley.

For best results oven cook

Fan oven at 180oC / electric oven at 200oC / gas mark 6

 Pre-heat the oven.  Remove the sleeve and film. Place the contents onto a baking tray and place into the centre of the oven for 30 minutes.

Warning: The product will be hot, so please take care when removing from the oven. Do not re-heat. Leave to stand for 1-2 minutes before serving.
