A small round cheese from Saint Marcellin, in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region. Produced from raw cow’s milk, this soft and creamy cheese has a rich and intense fruity flavour. Presented in a ceramic pot, it is equally delightful simply as part of a cheeseboard or baked in the oven.
