Cooking Instructions for lamb saddle for 2

FOR BEST RESULTS: Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and black pepper. Put into roasting dish. Roast in oven at 180°C for 30 minutes. Rest for 15 minutes. Carve and serve with sauce verte.
