Cooking Instructions for rib of beef joint for 2

FOR BEST RESULTS: Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and black pepper. Sear on all sides in a frying pan. Roast in oven at 180°C to the desired temperature. Rest for 10 minutes. Serve with truffle veal jus.

Cooking time (guide only): Rare: 10 minutes Medium Rare: 15 minutes Medium: 25 minutes Well done: 35 minutes
