A  selection of six artisan cheeses from our Fromagerie, complete with crackers and three varieties of fruit confit, includes:

Camembert Cru – Artisan soft cheese made from Normandy
Brie aux truffles – Creamy Brie de Meaux, the king of cheeses, with black truffle shavings
Roquefort – Blue cheese made from raw sheeps milk. Matured in the natural caves of l’Aveyron
Epoisses – A powerful and complex soft cheese, from Burgundy
Crottin de chevre – Two crumbly goat’s cheeses rounds, from the Loire Valley
Morbier – A soft fruity cheese with a thin layer of ash running thtough the middle
Confit de Mirabelles au Riesling – Confit of Mirabelle plums with Riesling
Confit de fruits des bois – Confit of fruits of the forest
Confit de Figues aux Raisins – Fig and grape confit
Spelt crackers – Sweet and slightly nutty, all-butter spelt crackers
Seeded crackers – Wholemeal crackers with linseeds, sesame seeds and poppy seeds.

Confit de Figues aux Raisins – Ingredients Fruits (Figs 38%, Grapes 15%), Sugars extracted from fruits, Cane sugar, Pays d’Oc White Wine, Gelling agent: agar, Concentrated lemon juice

Spelt crackers – Ingredients: Spelt Flour (64%), Wholemeal Spelt Flour (29%), Butter (15%) (Milk), Autolysed Yeast, Whole Milk Powder, Malt Extract (Barley), Sugar, Sea Salt, Raising Agents (Disodium Diphosphate, Sodium Hydrogen Carbonate)

Seeded crackers – Ingredients: Stoneground Wholemeal Flour (78%) (Wheat), Corn Oil, Autolysed Yeast, Sesame Seeds (6%), Linseeds (6%), Poppy Seeds (5%), Malt Extract (Barley), Salt, Raising Agent (Sodium Bicarbonate)
