Pigs in Blankets

A Côte Christmas classic and a favourite in any household! Twelve mini pork sausages wrapped in streaky bacon blankets with a spiced honey glaze, served as a side dish to your festive feast this season.

This dish feeds up to six people and in your box you will find:

– 12x Mini Sausages
– Spiced Hot Honey Glaze

Pigs in Blankets 

With a spiced honey glaze 

Prep time: 1 minute Cook time: 30 minutes 

1. Pre-heat your oven to Fan oven at 200°C / electric oven at 220°C / gas mark 7. 

2. Remove from the package & place them onto a baking tray lined with baking parchment. 

3. Put them in the oven and set a timer for 30 minutes. 

4. Once cooked, place the pigs in blankets in a serving dish and drizzle with your desired amount of spiced honey.
