Two UK Fillet steaks delivered ready to cook, best served with one of our sauces or butters.

Cooking instructions: Remove packaging. Bring up to room temperature. Drizzle steak with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Sear in a hot pan or chargrill to desired temperature. Avoid turning too often. Once cooked, remove from pan and rest for 5 minutes before eating.
