Cooking instructions for turkey with bacon lattice

FOR BEST RESULTS: Preheat oven (Electric: 200°C, Fan: 180°C, Gas: Gas Mark 6). Remove all packaging. Season meat with salt and pepper and place on a roasting tray in the centre of oven. Cook for 1 hour and 45 minutes ensuring turkey is cooked through. Once cooked, cover with foil and rest for 30 minutes before carving.
