Dry-aged on the bone T-bone steak, from grass-fed British beef – 1 x 800g
Cooking instructions: Remove packaging. Bring up to room temperature. Drizzle steak with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Sear in a hot pan or chargrill to desired temperature. Avoid turning too often. Once cooked, remove from pan and rest for 5 minutes before eating.
Suitable for home freezing. Freeze on day of receipt. Use within one month.
