Artichoke with garlic butter
Steamed globe artichoke with a garlic butter - 400g, serves 2.
Once baked in the oven for 15 minutes, simply peel away the leaves to reveal layers of tender and edible inner petals. The delicately-flavoured 'heart' can then be eaten.
Not suitable for home freezing.
