1. Place the cream in a mixing bowl and whip to a peak using a food processor or hand blender, you can also whip by hand, but it’ll take a bit longer. Keep to one side whilst you warm the chocolate.
2. Decant the chocolate into a saucepan and gently heat until it’s bubbling, stirring occasionally. Alternatively, decant into a microwavable container and heat on full power for 2.5 minutes (900w), 3 minutes (800w) or 3.5 minutes (700w).
3. Remove from the heat and slowly add the Grand Marnier in, stirring as you add. If you want to enjoy with kids, leave this step out.
4. Divide between your cups or mugs and top with the whipped cream.
