Four classic French cheeses, accompanied by crackers and two varieties of fruit confit, includes:

Camembert Cru –Artisan soft cheese made from Normandy
Comté – Hard cows’ milk cheese from the Jura Massif region
Fourme d’Ambert – Mild blue cheese from Auvergne
Chèvre buchette frais cendrés – Fresh goats cheese log coated in fine dark ash
Confit de Mirabelles au Riesling – Confit of Mirabelle plums with Riesling
Confit de Figues aux Raisins – Fig and grape confit
Spelt crackers – Sweet and slightly nutty, all-butter spelt crackers
Seeded crackers – Wholemeal crackers with linseeds, sesame seeds and poppy seeds.

Confit de Mirabelles au Riesling – Ingredients: Cherry Plum 53%, Sugars Extracted From Fruits, Cane Sugar, Riesling 7.5%, Gelling Agent: Agar, Concentrated Lemon Juice, Caraway

Confit de Figues aux Raisins – Ingredients Fruits (Figs 38%, Grapes 15%), Sugars extracted from fruits, Cane sugar, Pays d’Oc White Wine, Gelling agent: agar, Concentrated lemon juice

Spelt crackers – Ingredients: Spelt Flour (64%), Wholemeal Spelt Flour (29%), Butter (15%) (Milk), Autolysed Yeast, Whole Milk Powder, Malt Extract (Barley), Sugar, Sea Salt, Raising Agents (Disodium Diphosphate, Sodium Hydrogen Carbonate)

Not suitable for nut allergy suffers. 

Seeded crackers – Ingredients: Stoneground Wholemeal Flour (78%) (Wheat), Corn Oil, Autolysed Yeast, Sesame Seeds (6%), Linseeds (6%), Poppy Seeds (5%), Malt Extract (Barley), Salt, Raising Agent (Sodium Bicarbonate)
